St. Peter-St. Joseph Children’s Home :

St. Peter-St. Joseph Children’s Home was originally founded as an orphanage by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word in 1891. Today St. PJ’s is both a home to children who have suffered as victims of sexual and emotional abuse, neglect, poverty and broken homes and it is a community counseling and service center for families in crisis. St. Peter-St. Joseph Children’s Home continues today as an independently governed 501(c) 3 non-profit agency.

St. Peter-St. Joseph Children’s Home campus is located on Mission Road, directly across from historic Mission Concepción. On the main campus, there are two dorms, serving boys and girls respectively. Each dorm has a wing dedicated to children Ages 6 - 10 and a second wing dedicated to children Ages 11 - 16. Children Ages 2 - 5 live in a separate dorm, the Kiddie Kottage. Older children live off-campus in our Transitional Living homes.

A central feature of the campus is the remaining structure from the beginnings of St. PJ’s. This mission-style structure houses the common dining room and full-service commercial quality kitchen used by all of the children, the chapel and meeting spaces. The counseling center/administrative offices are located near the campus entrance.

Bay Bay's Kids:

Bay-Bay Kids & All Sports Foundation

Bremond “Bay Bay” McClinton founded All Sports Speed and Conditioning, LLC in 1997 in San Antonio, Texas.  Bay Bay is a native of San Antonio and a graduate of Theodore Roosevelt High School.  As a result of his academic and athletic performance in high school, Bay Bay was awarded an athletic scholarship to Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas.  Bay Bay went on to enjoy a successful professional career with the Houston Oilers, Dallas Cowboys, and a brief time with European leagues before returning to his hometown to finish his career with the Canadian league San Antonio Texans.

After his own accomplished career in professional sports, starting All Sports Speed and Conditioning was a natural transition for Bay Bay.  Bay Bay is considered to be one of the most intense and demanding trainers in the business.  Training is not a job for Bay Bay, it is his passion and his calling.  Bay Bay’s clients are not only benefiting from a phenomenal fitness program, but also from a phenomenal motivator and teacher.

Bay Bay’s commitment to youth in our community has led him to found Bay-Bay Kids and All Sports Foundation.  He wants to use his knowledge, experience, and his ability to motivate to provide young people with the skills necessary to reach their goals.  Through the foundation he hopes to also provide young people with the tools and support to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
